A gentle yet active yoga practice with a clear focus on alignment and modifications to accommodate individual abilities. Each class offers mind and body yoga for a complete practice. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your props—straps, bricks/blocks, blankets
Dr. Mo Vontz, an advanced yoga teacher, brings yoga to life, on and off the mat, with a creative practice that integrates yoga philosophy, breathwork, postures and meditation. With strong focus on alignment and accommodations, she tailors the practice to reflect the unique mix of interests and needs of her students. Her training includes advanced Sivananda Yoga Teacher (IYN-500), Anusara-inspired Advanced Yoga Teacher Mentor and Vinyasa.
Classes limited to 12 due to Covid requirements
