DRU Yoga is a gentle,flowing form of yoga yet powerful in the way it aids mental and physical stress relief. It is accessible to all ages and abilities

Specific warm ups are incorporated before the traditional postures which are flowing and adapted to suit physical ability. Affirmations, breathing techniques , sequences and deep relaxation are also included. I now include elements of Yin,restorative & Vinyasa yoga styles.
