Wellbeing Class with Geoff

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? Geoff’s Wellbeing class combines a variety of Wellbeing techniques including meditation (guided and visualisations), pranayama (breath), mindfulness, mantra, crystal and sound therapy, and yoga flow. leaving you relaxed, refreshed and energised.
Geoff has been practising for over 20 years and has been a yoga/meditation and mindfulness coach for over 10 years.
