Weights is a super-motivating class using dumbbells. Suitable for men and women, this workout will increase bone density, raise the metabolism and build strength. Choose your weights to suit your ability and your goals – and get results fast.

Classes are suitable for men and women of all abilities. £6 pay as you go, 30-Min classes are £5, discounts for multiple classes. All equipment provided but feel free to bring your own Yoga mat. Try a class for free.
