Vinyasa Yoga with Anna

Vinyasa yoga combines sequences of flowing movement synchronised to the breath. Yoga asana flows smoothly as poses run together and become almost dance-like. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale. There are many wonderful benefits that we can appreciate from regular vinyasa practice. Physically, sweat releases toxins and re-energises our bodies. Mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies.
