Seated Exercise and Yoga

Keeping you mobile, healthy and fit for longer. This seated exercise class modifies yoga poses for people who lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated and supine positions. Classes are led by Stuart, a Chartered Physiotherapist.
Stuart is running the following online classes:
Seated Yoga: Tuesdays 10am and Fridays 10.30am
Yoga: Tuesdays 7pm, Thursdays 9am and Fridays 9am
