The way we breathe = The way we age
The way we move = The way our body keeps fit, flexible, calm and energised all year round
The way we meditate = The state of our mind, thoughts & emotions
Every yoga practice will focus on the time of season: Early Summer with its Element of Space; Summer its element of Fire; Late Summer & Earth; Autumn & Metal; and Winter & Water.
After every yoga practice you will feel energised and yet relaxed; inspired and yet balanced; nourish, happy and content.
Whatever your age or ability, just bring your smile, mat, props & come and be good to yourself.
Petra recently qualified as Yoga & T’ai Chi/Qigong teacher with Seasonal Yoga – Evolution for Everyone – during Covid times and wants to share mindfulness, kindness and gratefulness to
ourselves by connecting with nature and energy that surrounds us.
Classes limited to 6 due to Covid requirements
