We are never too young or too old to take control of our body and initiate change.
Pilates is an unbeatable body-conditioning Programme that develops strength, tone and body awareness. It combines strengthening with relaxation and the physical and mental benefits are manifold.
As the classes are small, never more than 8 students, the tutor is able to help and support you to achieve these goals.
Classes Are Every Tuesday
11.30am – This class is suitable if you have done some Pilates
12.45pm – You will like this class if you want to go further
2pm – If you are a Beginner or need a refresher, this is the class for you
