Wide range of exercising focusing on the core stability with a progression to more challenging moves. Improves posture, breathing and stretching the whole body & mind, whilst providing relaxation and a sense of well being.

Taught by; explanation, demonstration, practice and talking through. You will learn by self-assessment and be monitored and given feedback by the tutor.
