Pilates and keep fit class led by a tutor with a speciality in back care.
Denise has been teaching Pilates for over ten years and has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. She runs classes for all ages and abilities in sports centres and church halls in the New Forest. She is level 4 REPs recognised and a member of Fitness Professionals with specialty in back care.

Brockenhurst College Pilates:
Wide range of exercising focusing on the core stability with a progression to more challenging moves. Improves posture, breathing and stretching the whole body & mind, whilst providing relaxation and a sense of well being.
Taught by; explanation, demonstration, practice and talking through. You will learn by self-assessment and be monitored and given feedback by the tutor.
