Freda Jan Yoga

A Hatha/Vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels.
Encompassing meditation, breathing practices, static postures as well as flowing sequences, this class will ensure each student is left feeling physically stretched and mentally balanced. Adaptations will be offered to those who are new to yoga and more advanced postures to those at an Intermediate level.
The focus of Freda’s teaching is to ensure each student receives a personal practice within a class environment. As a result, the class size is limited. Please contact Freda directly to check if there is availability in her class.
An experienced yoga teacher, Freda has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 7 years. As well as teaching mainstream yoga, Freda is also qualified and experienced in teaching Children’s Yoga, Restorative & Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga.
Freda is also available to offer private lessons to any new starters who would like to begin their yoga journey but are not ready to join a class.
