5 Week Healthy Digestion Group (4 information sessions)
– Learn some nutrition basics – fibre, fermented foods, why is gut health important?
– Learn how to use a food diary to identify foods that may be problematic for you – Learn the simple, but often forgotten steps to good digestion
– Prepare for, and do a 7 day gut health mini challenge (week 3)
