30-Minute Abs focuses on core and back strength. Planks, back extensions, curls – there’s something for everyone!

Classes are suitable for men and women of all abilities. 30-Min classes are £5, discounts for multiple classes. All equipment provided but feel free to bring your own Yoga mat. Try a class for free.
