Official Opening Celebrations Continue

Saturday 03 November saw the Community Centre full to capacity for a Celebratory Dinner to complete the official opening celebrations. The evening was the eighth 'WhitWill Production' in a series of twice yearly fund raising events organised by Sue Whitlock and Marguerite Willcox.

Entertainment was provided by a string quintet 'Winds Light to Variable' and by 'girl band' unaccompanied singers 'Kitchen Sync'. This was the first WhitWill Production to take place in the new Community Centre and the large hall proved very successful in seating 90 people for a three course dinner. Thankfully the new commercial dishwasher had been installed (if not paid for!) just in time.

The next WhitWill Production will a tribute to Flanders and Swan to be held on Friday March 07
