Tai Chi Classes Wednesdays 1.30-3pm Milford on Sea Community Centre Studio
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient martial art, which cultivates the internal energy (chi) of the body to develop a harmony of the mind, body and spirit. Physical benefits include suppleness, better co-ordination and balance. Benefits of the mind include greater confidence, mental tranquillity and increased energy. A sequence of movements called the 'form' is practiced slowly, releasing blockages and tension. Regular practice brings about inner calm and physical wellbeing.
