INFORMATION ABOUT HIRING THE COMMUNITY CENTRE

The Centre is licensed for the sale of alcohol and also has a full entertainment licence. Both licenses are valid up to 11.00pm, although you can apply for Temporary Special Events Notice to extend these hours for special occasions.

The centre has a selection of tables and chairs to seat up to 100. 10 large tables to seat 6/8 plus 10 folding square tables to seat 4, plus other small square tables. Linen table cloths are available subject to the hirer laundering.

The kitchen is equipped with 2 cookers and an industrial dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and separate freezer.

The smaller room has a beverage centre, water boiler and bar area with two fridges.

Crockery, cutlery and glassware available for 100 people.

A discretionary charge of £20 may be made for large private parties where there will be substantial use of the kitchen facilities.

The Village Community Centre can organise to run a bar for your function. Please enquire about charges for this.'

You will receive a booking confirmation and invoice followed by a Key Release Ticket when the invoice has been paid. Keys can be collected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday from Hugh Whitlock Solicitors

You are asked to leave the Centre in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage will be charged.

Ladies and gents WC's with a separate disabled facility.

Rooms can be booked individually or together, by the hour. See side panel for current rates.

PA System and CD Disco unit can be arranged for a small additional charge.
