Its designed to provide a good basic understanding of wine covering the main growing regions around the world and their grape varieties. You will learn how detect faults in wines and how to taste wines in order to realise the various flavours and aromas. You will sample a wide range of wines discovering styles you may not have tried before. This gives you the confidence to choose wines you know you will enjoy.
You will be provided with a file to contain your notes for future reference along with a set of ISO tasting glasses for the duration of the course.
